- Receive information about our microfinance products and services.
- Submit enquiries and receive customer support.
- Receive account-related notifications, including transaction confirmations, repayment reminders and one-time passwords.
- Initiate loan applications and account-related requests, subject to in-person or in-branch verification where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our digital channels if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Authentication and Security
Important. We will never ask you to share your full password, PIN, or any complete one-time password through WhatsApp or any unsolicited communication. Any message claiming otherwise is fraudulent. Report it to us immediately.
For your protection, certain actions (such as releasing account balances, processing transactions or modifying your account details) require identity verification through additional channels beyond WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials, including one-time passwords, confidential.
